屬級：Cidariplura Butler, 1879 胸鬚裳蛾屬

描述：本種展翅長35-37 mm，前翅長17-19 mm；觸角絲狀；雄蟲者各節具一對長剛毛；下唇鬚各節延長，第二三節向胸部背方彎曲，長度直到腹部前三節；體軀與雙翅暗褐色帶紫色暈；前翅頂角突出，前中線稍暗不明顯，後中線白褐色於近前緣1/3段向外彎，腎紋C形或半月形，黑褐色；後翅端室斑較底色暗，中線平直，白褐色。外觀近似棕胸鬚裳蛾（Cidariplura gladiata），然而該種體型較小（展翅長小於30mm），且腎紋為白色。

生態學：分布於北部低中海拔原生林帶。推測為一年一世代，成蟲已知僅發生於五月。

分佈：台灣，特有種。
